Video Editor

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing creative team

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Video Director and marketing team to produce compelling video content — from long-form brand stories to short-form social videos — that effectively communicate our brand's message and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Production & Editing

• Collaborate with the Video Director to plan, storyboard, and edit high-quality video content that supports brand and campaign goals.
• Edit a variety of videos including product features, customer stories, brand campaigns, webinars, and event recaps.
• Create cutdowns, teasers, and short-form videos optimized for social platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok).
• Perform color correction and grading to ensure a polished and consistent visual style.
• Integrate voiceovers and synchronize narration, sound, and visuals for cohesive storytelling.

Sound Design & Post-Production

• Handle sound design, mixing, and mastering to ensure clear, balanced, and professional-quality audio.
• Add background music, effects, and ambient sound to enhance storytelling.
• Ensure all videos maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and execution.

Asset Management & Collaboration

• Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and media assets for efficient collaboration and archiving.
• Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to align video output with strategic goals and deadlines.
• Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques, and social media formats to keep content engaging and current.

Office Day: Once (1) a week.

Shift Schedule: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM | Monday - Friday

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years of professional video editing experience (B2B or SaaS marketing experience is a plus).
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong skills in sound design, audio editing, and voice-over integration.
• Experience using DaVinci Resolve or similar tools for color grading.
• Comfortable editing across multiple formats and aspect ratios (16:9, 9:16, 1:1, etc.).
• Excellent sense of pacing, rhythm, and storytelling.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

• Experience recording or directing voice-over talent (in-house or remote).
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, or visual effects.
• Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, or on-set production workflows.
• Understanding of digital marketing analytics and optimizing videos for engagement and conversion.
