Job Title: Staff Accountant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be CPA certified (not required), and have 4-6 years of relevant experience. This role involves a variety of accounting tasks, including complete AP processing cycle, reconciling bank accounts, managing corporate credit card accounts, and preparing weekly sales and wage reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile bank accounts.
  • Reconcile corporate credit card accounts.
  • Prepare weekly sales and wage reports.
  • Manage liability insurance.
  • Payroll processing and analysis.
  • Vendor Reconciliations
  • Assisting Accounting Manager in other accounting tasks.

Qualifications:

  • CPA certification.
  • 4-6 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be flexible and able to work multiple projects at once.
  • Can communicate effectively with co-workers and other 3rd party relationships.
  • Can speak, read, write in fluent English.
