Your Mission

Documentation & Processing

  • Process sea cargo documentation in the Poseidon system.
  • Ensure paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant.
  • Keep organized transaction records.

Payment Handling & Remittance

  • Handle cash payments and ensure accurate remittances.

Customer Support & Coordination

  • Provide customer-focused assistance.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
  • Be flexible for assignments across Manila Pier offices and night shifts.
