Company Description

Britana is a SAAS company specializing in building enterprise-grade business applications for small and medium businesses. Our main product, Britana ERP, is a full-suite, cloud-based ERP software that automates and integrates all business functions from procurement, warehouse management, sales, finance, and accounting. Britana ERP facilitates efficient business operations and accelerates digital transformation.

Role Description

As a Business Development Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, consulting with clients to understand and meet their business needs, showcasing Britana's product capabilities through compelling demos, developing and nurturing client relationships, crafting and presenting proposals and closing sales deals. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of sales and marketing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage key decision-makers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong sales acumen – Ability to find opportunities, drive sales, and close deals
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills – capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently
  • Exceptional client relationship management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting or related field
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is preferred
  • Experience in selling ERP software is a plus
