Summary of Responsibilities

Client Discovery & Needs Assessment

  • Conduct consultations to understand client business goals and challenges.
  • Perform detailed assessments to define customization and feature requirements.

Solution Configuration

  • Set up the Unified Commerce Solution (POS, CRM, promotions, order/product management, marketplace integration).
  • Coordinate with developers to address any customization needs.

Training & Knowledge Transfer

  • Create and deliver client training programs.
  • Provide ongoing support and knowledge sharing with stakeholders.

Project Management

  • Plan and track project tasks, timelines, and milestones.
  • Ensure alignment between internal/external teams and client expectations.
  • Monitor and report on progress, resolving issues as needed.

Technical Support

  • Serve as the primary contact for technical issues.
  • Collaborate with support teams for timely issue resolution.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain comprehensive implementation documentation.
  • Provide regular status and performance reports to stakeholders.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Facilitate effective communication across clients, developers, and other stakeholders.

Experience & Skills :

Minimum 8 years into business consulting with expertise into ERP implementations in retail sector
