Fun Nation Amusement Center is one of our sister company is seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Store Staff. As part of our vibrant entertainment team, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a fun, safe, and memorable experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with people.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Operate amusement rides, games, and attractions safely and efficiently.

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of guests by following all safety procedures.

  • Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and resolve concerns.

  • Monitor equipment and maintain cleanliness of the amusement area.

  • Assist in crowd control during peak times to ensure smooth operations.

  • Handle cash, tickets, and provide change as needed for rides and games.

  • Support event and party coordination as required.

  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to supervisors.

  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or amusement-related work is a plus.

  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.

  • Ability to handle crowds and fast-paced environments.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in varying weather conditions.

  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

  • Must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • CAN START ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php18,000.00 per month
