Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to manage our kiosk and represent our brand. Your role is key to creating a positive shopping experience, engaging with customers, and driving sales.

What You'll do:

  • Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and assist them in finding the right products.
  • Share product knowledge, highlighting features and benefits to customers.
  • Handle inquiries, recommend items, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve daily sales targets by proactively engaging customers and upselling.
  • Process transactions accurately using the kiosk's payment system.
  • Handle cash and maintain proper transaction records.
  • Ensure products are well-stocked, neatly displayed, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the team.
  • Keep the kiosk clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
  • Follow safety and security guidelines to protect products and the kiosk.
  • Represent our brand values and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Gather customer feedback to improve the shopping experience.

Who We're Looking For:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable, and sales-driven personality.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate lifting.
