Role Description
This role will focus on converting marketing-generated leads into paying customers, as well as driving new student enrollments through active outreach and school partnerships. You'll handle both B2C and B2B sales, including direct communication with students and parents, as well as forming institutional partnerships with schools. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to earn sales bonuses or incentives for closing deals with partner schools.
- Rate: ₱125/hour (fixed) + Sales Incentives (for partnerships closed)
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor
- Work Schedule: Up to 4 hours/day, Monday to Saturday
- Work Setup: Hybrid (field work for school visits and events, remote for follow-ups and online consults)
What You'll Do
Lead Conversion
- Proactively follow up on leads from marketing (e.g., Facebook, website, online ads, referrals)
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the education sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional materials
- Handle online and phone inquiries and qualify prospects
- Conduct compelling sales consultations (virtual or in-person) to students and parents
- Clearly communicate the value of AHEAD's programs and services
- Maintain accurate lead and client records using internal tools
On-site Recruitment & B2B Outreach
- Represent AHEAD at school events, career fairs, and other educational gatherings
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting both institutional (B2B) and individual (B2C) clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, learning centers, parents, and guardians
- Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our educational services
- Initiate and manage school partnership discussions and B2B opportunities
- Earn sales bonuses/incentives for successfully closed B2B deals
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and enrolled clients
- Provide timely, professional responses to inquiries and concerns
- Share lead feedback with the Marketing team to improve strategy
- Stay up to date on AHEAD programs, pricing, promos, and competitors
Who You Are
- A graduate of Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related course
- With at least 2 years of proven sales experience and a strong record of hitting targets
- Proven experience in B2B and B2C sales, preferably in educational services, tutorial programs, or school partnerships.
- Comfortable with phone and online sales communications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals effectively.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Amenable to ₱125/hour and able to work up to 4 hours/day, Monday to Saturday
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup (field visits + remote follow-ups)
