Senior Manager Human Resources

Your Day-to-Day:
• Head the HR department (Employee/Labor Relations, C&B, HRIS and Employee Engagement) for Ortigas site
• Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance. Studies legislation, arbitration decisions to assess industry trends.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of talents.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Administers benefits programs such as life, health, and other company and government benefits
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings
• Prepares budget of human resources operations
What We're Looking For:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Science or any relevant field.
• At least 10 years' experience in the HR practice; 5 years as Senior HR Manager
• People oriented, results driven and able to connect with various levels of the organization
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Working knowledge in key facets of HR Management (Employee Relations, Labor Relations, C&B, Health & Safety, Data Management, Employee Engagement, RnR and etc.)
• Extensive knowledge and experience on Corporate Compliance and Philippine Labor Laws
• Very good knowledge on BPO industry standards
• Demonstrates excellent written, verbal, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Willing to work Onsite or Work-From-Home on shifting schedules, rest days or holidays
