We're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner role to join our team at our Manila-based office. Salary range: 30K–55K Philippine PesosWork setting: Onsite (WFO) Monday to FridayWorking hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Break: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM)Office address: The Orient Square 1600 Exchange Rd, Ortigas Center, Pasig, Metro ManilaResponsibilities:Understand the company's strategy, comprehend the business and personnel development status, provide professional construction plans for business departments and promote their implementation;Be responsible for implementing recruitment plans according to the company's human resources plan and relevant regulations, and promoting the construction of talent echelons;Assist in promoting the implementation of talent inventory, performance management, job-level promotion, and salary incentives, identify key issues and provide effective solutions;Understand the psychological dynamics of employees, establish efficient interactions with them, expand communication channels, and ensure the effective transmission of information among different levels;Assist in the development and promotion of the company's corporate culture within business teams, and enhance the cohesion of employees through corporate culture construction;Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 2 years of recruitment or HRBP work experience;Familiar with and proficient in recruitment, understand other modules of human resources. Those who understand local employment policies will be given priority;Be able to independently promote the implementation of HR work and effectively cooperate with business partners to carry out work;Fluent in English, with English as the working language;Possess excellent self-achievement orientation, self-drive awareness, be good at sharing, and be able to effectively drive team growth.
