** Telemarketing– Real Estate Property Reviews through Zoom **

**U.S.-Based Property Management Business | Work from Home | 4pm to 8 pm Eastern Time (4am to 8am Manila Time) plus other hours as you schedule reviews

A successful **U.S.-Property Management Company** is hiring a **Telemarketer** based in **Manila** to do residential rental property reviews (inspections) recorded on Zoom so Property Owners may review the condition of their property. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is **motivated, detail-oriented, dependable, and trustworthy**.


** Responsibilities: **

* Call and text tenants of, managed properties, to schedule a Property Review

* Do a short 5 to 10 minute Zoom call of the tenants rental property

* Send the Owner of the Property a link to the Zoom recording

* Manage spreadsheets, follow-ups, and communication


** Requirements:**

* Excellent **written and spoken English** (must be fluent)

* **2 computers**, **smartphone** (must be able to text U.S. numbers we have Open Phone Account)

* **Reliable high-speed internet**

* Strong skills in **communication**, **marketing**, and **Google Sheets/Excel**

* HAVE TO HAVE QUIET WORKSPACE WITH NO CHILDREN OR ANIMALS

* Must be **self-motivated**, and extremely **dependable**


**Compensation:**

* **\$5.00 USD/per review completed (typically one to two hours of work per review)

* **Performance-based bonuses**

* Weekly payment via PayPal - this does not vary, do not ask for "early pay" do to some hardship, it will not be considered
