The Home Loan Review Coordinator plays a key role in supporting clients to maximise their property equity and achieve their financial goals. This position involves conducting regular reviews of home loan portfolios, identifying opportunities for refinancing, and ensuring compliance with lending policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct periodic reviews of client home loan accounts to assess suitability and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to leverage property equity for investment or debt consolidation.
  • Provide tailored recommendations on refinancing options and interest rate adjustments.
  • Liaise with lenders and internal teams to process loan variations and approvals.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Australian credit and lending regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of mortgage products and lending practices in Australia.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse financial data and identify opportunities for improvement.
