An advanced/ specialized training in business/marketing management is an advantage With at least 7 years' work experience in a senior management position in Sales, with exposure in both General Trade and Key Accounts, for a fast-moving Consumer Goods Company Demonstrates advanced skills in Distributor Management, Channel Marketing, Conceptual Selling, Sales & Channel Strategy, Negotiation, Execution, Financial Management, and Sales Leadership Strong distributor management and sales execution background Working knowledge of trade marketing, customer engagement, and route-to-market practices Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Proficient in MS Office and relevant sales or reporting tools Willing to be based in Ortigas or deployed in Site #J-18808-Ljbffr
