Responsible for managing and driving sales performance through GT distributors within the assigned area. Ensures achievement of sales, distribution, and execution targets while building strong distributor capability and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and freshness across GT outlets.
  • Manage distributor stock levels, claims, and credit terms.
  • Expand weighted and numeric distribution in assigned territory.
  • Develop and monitor with distributors.
  • Guide distributors’ sales supervisors and salesmen to deliver coverage and productivity KPIs.

Market Execution

  • Ensure flawless execution of trade promotions and merchandising activities.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotions, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Drive visibility and penetration in GT channels, including traditional stores, wholesalers, and sub-distributors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5–7 years’ sales experience in FMCG, with at least 2–3 years managing distributors.
  • Strong understanding of General Trade dynamics.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing teams.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
