Summary:

Responsible for selling the company's HR software solutions to businesses. Handles lead generation, product demos, client relationships, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify prospects needing HR digitalization.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demos.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and contracts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B or software sales (HRIS/HR tech is a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of HR processes (payroll, timekeeping, recruitment) is an advantage. please rate yourself from 1 to 10 is the highest
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, IT, or related course.

Competencies:

  • Customer-focused, persuasive, and target-driven.
  • Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable explaining software features.
