Bachelor's degree

With 8 years' experience in BPO or BPM

With experience in customer service operations in a managerial role

Amendable to work in graveyard schedule

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Creates solutions customized to client context to conduct client interaction sessions

Participate in continuous improvement projects in order to deliver project goals

Anticipate and manage potential risks for consultancy projects.

Act as a trusted business advisor to clients, proactively addressing their concerns

and ensuring satisfaction.

Engage with stakeholders at all levels to understand their requirements and

expectations
