Position Summary

  • The Sales Representative for Jolly Home Appliances is responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of home appliance products to customers in retail stores, trade outlets, or assigned areas. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and enhancing brand visibility. You will serve as the frontline representative of the Jolly brand, educating customers about product features, benefits, and promotions.

Specific Duties And Responsibilities

  • Actively sell and promote Jolly Home Appliances such as electric fans, rice cookers, flat irons, ovens, and other household products.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers to help them make informed buying decisions.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
  • Maintain proper merchandising and display standards of Jolly products in the store or assigned area.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide after-sales assistance when needed.
  • Monitor stock levels, request replenishments, and report low inventory.
  • Conduct daily product checks to ensure all appliances are clean, working, and properly tagged.
  • Coordinate with store staff, distributors, or resellers to strengthen product visibility and presence.
  • Attend regular product training and sales meetings organized by the company.
  • Submit sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to the Sales Supervisor or Area Manager.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate; College level or graduate is a plus.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in home appliances, electronics, or FMCG.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledgeable in basic appliance functions and usage.
  • Must be goal-oriented, energetic, and approachable.
  • Willing to be assigned to malls, appliance centers, or field areas depending on company needs.
  • Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.

Knowledge And Skills

  • Experience working with appliance brands (e.g., Hanabishi, Imarflex, Kyowa, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge in product troubleshooting or specifications.
  • Familiarity with local retail store operations (Puregold, FC Home, etc.)
