JOB DESCRIPTION:

● Provide expert knowledge and information about products to customers

● Demonstrate product usage and benefits to encourage sales

● Assist customers in making purchasing decisions based on their needs and preferences

● Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets

● Maintain an attractive and organized product display

● Keep up to date with new product launches, features, and trends

● Collect customer feedback and report to management for product improvement

● Ensure all products are well-stocked, priced correctly, and labeled accurately

● Collaborate with the sales team and provide insights on customer preferences

● Handle complaints or concerns professionally and escalate if needed
