Document Control Head

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 8-10 years experience in Document, Data and Records Management in a construction related field.
  • Willing to work on site / Relocate
  • Proficient in MS Office programs and filing of physical and electronic files and forms

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and update records and documents of head office and recommend courses of action, if necessary.
  • Oversee the proper use of all forms by every project site and see to it that they conform to the standards and procedures set by the company.
  • Oversee the performance of all project assigned document controllers.
  • Conduct training/orientation of all existing and incoming document controllers
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
