Campaign & Client Communication Support
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Communication, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in administrative support, sales operations, customer success support, or project coordination.
• Experience in BPO, Shared Services, IT, Engineering, or Staffing industries is a plus.
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in:
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, dashboards, automation)
• Word/Google Docs
• CRM or CS tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday, Asana, or similar)
• Ability to create data-driven presentations and automated trackers.
Soft Skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Agile, proactive, and able to manage high volumes of tasks.
• Strong coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
