Job Order Management:
l Prepare and promptly deliver job orders, generated by the All works Operations Coordinator, to general foremen to initiate on-site work in accordance with project plans.
Project Scheduling & Monitoring:
l Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met. Track progress through comprehensive documentation and daily updates, including Material Utilization Reports (MUR) and accomplishment reports.
Material & Warehouse Management:
l Oversee material logistics and warehouse operations to support the timely execution of tasks. Ensure materials are available and managed effectively for ongoing projects.
Team Deployment & Supervision:
l Coordinate team deployment to various project sites, providing leadership and direction. Conduct regular on-site visits to assess work progress and resolve any challenges.
Documentation & Reporting:
l Maintain detailed records of daily activities, including photographic evidence of project progress. Provide regular updates on accomplishments and project performance.
l Ensures all documents related to the site, manpower, and projects are accurately prepared, properly organized, and systematically filed for easy retrieval and reference.
Client Interaction & Compliance:
l Engage with clients to address concerns and ensure that project requirements are met. Conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project scopes.
Head Office Support:
l Ensures seamless communication and coordination between the site and head office, addressing and fulfilling all necessary requirements and concerns of both parties effectively.
