Asset Management Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and asset management processes at Teleperformance's EDSA Greenfield site. This full-time position, located in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, will require you to leverage your expertise in finance and analytics to ensure the efficient management of the company's assets and resources.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the asset management activities, including tracking, monitoring and reporting on all company assets.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls and processes to mitigate financial risks.
  • Provide guidance and training to the finance team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for optimizing asset utilization and performance.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar finance or asset management role, preferably in the call center or customer service industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record in implementing effective internal controls and process improvements.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
