About the Role:

We're seeking a technically minded Technical Representative with Zendesk experience to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues across multiple channels, while keeping ticket quality and customer satisfaction top priority.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide first-line technical support via Zendesk (tickets, chat, email, phone).
  • Diagnose issues, reproduce steps, and document for engineering.
  • Configure and optimize Zendesk workflows, macros, triggers, and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with product/engineering and maintain knowledge base.
  • Escalate and track issues until resolution; report on metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year Zendesk experience in a support/technical role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and clear communication skills.
  • Customer-focused, with good time management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php150.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Davao City (Davao del Sur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
