We are seeking a seasoned Credit and Collection Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry, ideally from a PAG-IBIG-accredited developer. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in credit and collection operations, particularly in managing and analyzing the Performing Accounts Ratio (PAR) to ensure high-performing loan portfolios. This role is key to optimizing cash flow, improving takeout rates, and maintaining strong relationships with both buyers and the PAG-IBIG Fund (HDMF).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire credit and collection function, including in-house and PAG-IBIG-financed accounts.

  • Monitor and improve Performing Accounts Ratio (PAR) by ensuring timely payments, proactive follow-ups, and early identification of delinquent accounts.

  • Analyze PAR trends and recommend strategies to enhance overall portfolio performance.

  • Ensure compliance with PAG-IBIG housing loan requirements and takeout procedures.

  • Coordinate with PAG-IBIG representatives for account validation, remittance follow-ups, and resolution of discrepancies.

  • Supervise the processing and submission of required documents for PAR reporting and housing loan take outs.

  • Develop and implement credit evaluation and collection policies to minimize risk exposure.

  • Work closely with Sales, Legal, and Customer Relations departments to align collection strategies with business goals.

  • Lead and mentor the credit and collection team, setting performance targets and ensuring accountability.

  • Generate regular reports and dashboards on collection efficiency, aging of receivables, and PAR metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in credit and collection, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity within a real estate company.

  • Accredited or experienced in dealing with PAG-IBIG Fund (HDMF) housing loan programs.

  • Proven expertise in monitoring and improving Performing Accounts Ratio (PAR).

  • Knowledge of PAG-IBIG's loan documentation, validation, and takeout process.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/accounting systems.

Preferred Skills and Traits:

  • Experience using real estate CRMs or loan management systems.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Results-oriented and proactive in resolving account issues.

  • Understanding of legal collection procedures is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php55, Php65,000.00 per month
