Job Summary:

The jobholder's primary function is to ensure that the back office requirements of the calling group are provided for and that all instructions and guidelines are properly observed and handled within the given time frame.

Jobholder will liaise with different MB Group subsidiaries in handling deposit set-offs and Exit Clearance processing of resigned / retired employees. He/she should be customer-oriented and knowledgeable in all aspects of Collections to be able to handle and fulfill customer queries transmitted to Collections Back Office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
• Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute (wpm)
• Knowledge on collection system is an advantage
• Collections and office and file management experience is an advantage

Position Title: Collections Resolutions Specialist

Job Summary:

The jobholder is responsible for assisting the Collections Resolutions Officer in achieving of customer satisfaction by performing functions related to addressing various customer issues, controlling delinquencies, and maintaining and updating of the Collections Resolutions database.

The jobholder is tasked to ensure that customer issues and requests are addressed timely and all communications to customers adhere to the policies set by the Department and Corporate Communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder; preferably graduate of business course.
• At least 1 year experience in collections, preferably from a credit card company or bank.
• With at least 1 year experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements is an advantage.
• Exposure to complaints management process/procedures.
• Proficient with various software applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to work overtime (if necessary).

Position Title: Collection Quality Control Specialist

Job Summary:

The position is responsible for conducting various quality assurance (QA) tests for Collections Department. The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for conducting different Day-2 review activities for Collections and ensuring that all errors are reported on time for prompt resolution. He/She shall assist in performing internal audit in the department, including collection agencies, and assist in the implementation of different QA test procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
• At least 2 years of experience in Collections; preferably handling self-assessment tests or quality assurance and training. Preferably with experience as a Collector
• Knowledge on collection system and policies/procedures is an advantage
