Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Behavioral Science, Psychology or Human Resources Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience in various HR functions such as People Relation and Discipline, Performance Appaisal Administration, People Movement, Implementation of Employee's engagement and retention, Vendor Management
  • Exposure to HRBP responsibilities, such as supporting business units, working on HR projects, or acting as a liaison between HR and other departments.
  • Willing to work in Tipolo Mandaue City
