I am a real estate professional looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join my team full-time. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with online platforms, has an eye for good design and organization, and is good at written communication.
You'll be responsible for helping us do data entry and manage online posts across multiple platforms and assist with basic content management for social media. Training will be provided, but we're looking for someone who is proactive, a fast learner, and comfortable working independently.
Candidates who are comfortable using their own Facebook account preferred
Responsibilities:
Upload and publish listing content on online marketplaces (like Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.)
Refresh and repost existing listings regularly
Organize and keep track of postings and schedules
Respond to messages and inquiries with pre-written templates
Assist with managing Instagram and Facebook pages (posting, engaging with comments/messages)
Help create and edit simple graphics using Canva (optional but a big plus)
Requirements:
Good written English
Experience using Facebook, and online marketplaces
Reliable internet connection and ability to work during U.S. business hours (at least 4 overlapping hours - 2 of the following blocks 6am-8am, 12pm-2pm, 6pm-8pm ideally) a plus
Highly organized and self-motivated
