Job Summary

The Property Administration Officer is responsible for maintaining assigned property developments, including landscape, cleanliness, utilities, and other services, while ensuring that all operations are managed within budget. The role also provides professional and amiable service to homeowners, addressing their concerns promptly and maintaining harmonious community relations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper briefing and orientation of the Security Group.
  • Oversee strict monitoring of adherence to village rules and restrictions.
  • Provide information and orientation to homeowners and tenants regarding village rules, regulations, and policies.
  • Address resident concerns and requests in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct meetings with the Homeowners Association (HOA) regarding subdivision updates.
  • Monitor and ensure maintenance of landscape, cleanliness, utilities, and other property services.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four-year college degree.
  • Male or Female.
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehousing, supply chain, or related administrative roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, oral and written communication.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-oriented.
  • Team player, dependable, and loyal to the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
