A CBRE carpenter is responsible for performing a variety of carpentry tasks on client properties. This includes:

  • Installation & Repair: Installing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures like doors, windows, frames, partitions, cabinets, and furniture.
  • Finishing & Trim Work: Performing precise finishing work, including trim, molding, and other decorative elements.
  • Framing & Construction: Assisting with framing, building, and general construction projects.
  • Maintenance & Upkeep: Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on wooden elements.
  • Client Service: Interacting professionally with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhering to all safety regulations and using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

  1. At least 2 years of relevant experience in carpentry
  2. Preferably can start as soon as possible and amenable to work in Lipa, Batangas
