Position Type: Full-Time

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various large-format and digital printing machines to ensure high-quality output and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and calibrate large-format printing machines, including Mimaki, Digicut, Laser, and UV Mimaki Machines.

Set up print jobs, adjust color settings, media type, and cutting specifications for optimal quality.

Monitor machine performance, ink levels, and material feed to ensure smooth printing operations.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime and production delays.

Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, sharpness, and overall quality.

Follow production schedules and complete print jobs within set deadlines.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, machine handling guidelines, and quality control procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and printing equipment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operating large-format and digital printing machines (e.g., Mimaki, Digicut, Laser, UV Mimaki).

Strong knowledge of color management, material handling, and print finishing techniques.

Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and perform routine maintenance.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality print outputs.

Willing to work on-site and follow production schedules.
