Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, refrigeration units, conveyors, and utilities.
  • Assist in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report irregularities or needed repairs.
  • Support installation and calibration of machines and plant facilities.
  • Maintain proper documentation of maintenance records and activity logs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Production and Operations team for scheduled maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology (vocational or college level).
  • With at least 1–2 years of experience in plant, facility, or equipment maintenance.
  • Knowledge in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting is required.
  • Experience in refrigeration systems or cold storage is an advantage.
  • Physically fit, responsible, and a team player.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
