We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Production Operator to join our dynamic team at Concepcion Durables, Inc. in Cabuyao City, Laguna. As a Technical Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing operations of our company, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our products.

What you'll be doing

PROCESS/EQUIPMENT OPERATION

  • Operate assigned equipment including load/unload of materials according to production plan.
  • Execute the job assignment allocated by PPIC.
  • Upkeep the safety and quality standard in the plant.
  • Executing cleaning, inspection, and lubrication of machines assigned to area
  • Execute day to day troubleshooting & maintenance of equipment assigned in area
  • Performs action plan to improve yield, efficiency, safety and other KPI of assigned process.

EQUIPMENT OWNERSHIP

  • Maintain equipment in base condition and 5S on assigned area.
  • Develop equipment standard (e.g., safety map, loss map, lubrication map).
  • Develop operations standard and improvement (e.g., WI, SOPs, OPLs, Kaizens).
  • Ensure all safety devices are in place and functional.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Technical Production Operator or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to operate and maintain a variety of production equipment and machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality to ensure that products meet or exceed our standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues across different departments.
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma Degree on Technology Education or Engineering Graduate.
  • Medically fit to operate in a manufacturing environment.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule and overtime as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
