Job Summary:

  • Plan and manage approved infrastructure developments for the terminal
  • Deliver projects within approved budget and timeline while maintaining highest standards of Safety and Quality
  • Coordinate with different project stakeholders to ensure timely decision-making and effective project management

Job Responsibilities

  • Regularly evaluate yard maintenance and developmental needs.
  • Prepare project details in coordination with all stakeholders. Prepare project summary for unbudgeted projects complete with details of objectives, budget, and timeline.
  • Prepare project bid documents and/or terms of reference including Bill of Quantities and Specifications for approval of Civil Works head.
  • Coordinate and manage bid process as aligned with company's policies
  • Coordinate and manage daily deliverables with Operations, Safety, Security, and selected contractor.
  • Monitor and report project progress, safety, and quality to Project Execution Head.
  • Ensure prompt close-out of assigned contractor to issued Non-Conformance Reports and quality call outs of QA/QC Section.
  • Oversee and manage project's budget and contract.
  • Close-out projects with proper documentation and participate in Post-Construction Evaluation.
  • Participate in team toolbox meetings for updates and reminders.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job qualifications

  • Education: BS Civil Engineering Graduate
  • Experience: With at least 5 years of experience in related field
  • Job Specific: Licensed Civil Engineer, knowledgeable in Construction Work, proficient in MS Office application and
  • other tools of the trade, with good interpersonal skills, experienced in handling Contractors, Driver's License is an advantage
