District Head - La Union, Laoag, Tarlac

  • In charge of all casino operations in his/her assigned site. S/he manages the day-to-day operations including, but not limited to, cash, manpower, vendor, purchasing, assets and supplies management, and site business relations management. S/he is initially in-charge of the site's profitability. S/he is expected to fulfill the following duties:

-Handles and manages day-to-day site casino operations such as attending to the daily cash count.

-Ensures proper implementation of sites standard operating procedures.

-Handles and resolves staff/players concerns, and report site-related issues.

-Compiles, updates and keeps safe all site legal documents (ie application of site legal documents such as Business Permit, BIR, Lease of Contracts renewal, etc)

-In charge of identification, proper assignment and hiring of manpower needs.

-Assists purchasing by identifying potential vendors, and if needed gathering of 3 quotations.

-Ensures proper implementation and execution of marketing promotions and activities in coordination with his/her respective Site Marketing Officer.

-Compiles, consolidates and submits required reports as needed by management.

-Handles all check requisitions, petty cash fund, supplies budget and other operations related finances.

-Assists roll out in locating and identifying new potential sites.

-Attends weekly (or as needed) Operations Meeting with the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
