Job Summary:
Regular farm visits to the customer's farm to give technical advice and
recommendations based on the given facts. Responsible for generating leads, networking with stakeholders, and identifying potential customers to promote, sell Day-old chicks (DOC) and colored chicks. He is also tasked with making product and technical presentations when needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic plan for regular customer visits, with a minimum of two visits per week. Proactively schedule and conduct farm visits as necessary to address technical issues and maintain strong customer relationships.
2. Provides an on-call support to promptly address customer or colleague inquiries and concerns.
3. Keep the management informed about customer concerns, market trends, and competitive activities to facilitate informed decision-making.
4. Help to develop Day-old chicks (DOC) and colored chicks customers nationwide, supporting the superior in negotiation processes.
5. Prepare and submit a comprehensive weekly itinerary, including planned courtesy visits and technical farm visits.
6. Provide detailed feedback immediately following farm visits and submit written reports to management and executive teams.
7. Collate and analyze sales-related concerns, preparing summarized reports for Management, Hatchery Heads, Supervisors, and Progeny team.
8. Attend weekly meetings (every Friday) with Progeny and credit and collection groups to ensure alignment and effective communication across departments.
9. Encouraged to participate in seminars and training programs aligned with professional growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates with or without experience;
- Must be a licensed Veterinarian (open to newly board passers);
- Willing to relocate and amenable to work in any areas of Luzon (Central/North/South Luzon);
- Has good leadership, management & interpersonal skills;
- With valid driver's license is an advantage but not required.
