Overview

Are you a seasoned appointment setter with experience in the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) industry? We're looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive reliable and timely transportation services.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize your NEMT expertise to confidently communicate services, procedures, and best practices.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule transportation appointments while addressing and overcoming objections effectively.
  • Provide outstanding service to clients by listening actively, building rapport, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain professionalism with excellent telephone etiquette and a clear, fluent command of the English language.
  • Manage and organize client schedules, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in documentation.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the NEMT industry or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on meeting client expectations.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling and documentation tools.
