Qualification

  • Competence and/or Skill o Knowledge of PAGCOR regulations, AML laws, and international gaming standards.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Certification in AML or Compliance (e.g., CAMS, ICA) is a plus. Experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in gaming compliance, AML, or regulatory affairs (preferably in the iGaming/casino industry). Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Health Requirement
  • Cleared as Fit to Work o Negative PCR Test

Duties & Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Act, and other relevant gaming regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in gaming laws and implement necessary adjustments to company policies.

Licensing & Documentation:

  • Assist in securing and maintaining gaming licenses and permits.
  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies.

AML & Fraud Prevention:

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement AML controls.
  • Monitor player transactions for suspicious activities and report as required.
  • Work with internal teams to prevent fraud and ensure KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.

Responsible Gaming:

  • Promote responsible gaming practices and ensure adherence to self-exclusion policies.
  • Handle player complaints related to fair gaming and compliance issues.

Cross-Department Coordination:

  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure compliance across all departments.
