Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles within Accounting & IT, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize a multi-channel approach to build a robust talent pipeline, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
  • Conduct insightful screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and competency for roles
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay abreast of market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment for the Accounting and IT sectors.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in an agency or corporate RPO/BPO/Shared Services environment.
  • Proven experience recruiting for both Accounting/Finance and Information Technology positions.
  • Demonstrable experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong understanding of ATS systems.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, "hunter" mentality with a proven ability to meet and exceed hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in managing offer processes and closing candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without compromising on quality.
  • Ability to use data to inform sourcing strategies and recruitment decisions.
