Olivia Professional Solutions helps U.S. home care agencies scale through highly trained Filipino virtual assistants. We're a fast-growing, mission-driven company founded by Filipino-American healthcare entrepreneur Kat Villanueva.

The Role

We're hiring a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to drive lead generation, recruitment marketing, and brand expansion. You'll manage digital campaigns, webinars, and funnels that fuel company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Run Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
  • Manage GoHighLevel CRM (automations, pipelines, nurture campaigns).
  • Plan and execute webinars to attract leads and build authority.
  • Create recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top virtual assistants.
  • Track KPIs, analyze results, and optimize for growth.
  • Manage our GMB, and all things digital marketing

Requirements

  • 3+ years in digital marketing and funnels.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel (or similar CRMs).
  • Skilled in running webinars/digital events.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Data-driven and proactive.
