Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring the timely replenishment of stock as needed.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
  • Oversee and track the movement of goods from receiving to storage and from storage to dispatch.
  • Generate inventory reports and communicate findings to top management.
  • Ensure quality of goods received from shipment passed the standards of the Company and ensure outgoing items are in good condition before delivery or transfer.
  • Update inventory management systems with real-time data to track stock levels, movements, and changes.
  • Ensure that stored products meet quality and safety standards, and report any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations related to inventory control and storage practices.
  • Address and resolve any inventory-related issues, including stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or delays in delivery.

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
  • More than 3 years of work experience in inventory/warehouse management or a related field.
  • Experience with inventory management software and systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Can work independently and quick to act on requests, highly analytical and critical-thinker
  • Amenable to doing field work (warehouses located in Quezon City, Bulacan, and Manila).
