Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Belo Medical Group Full time ₱300,000 - ₱450,000 per year

The Inventory Custodian will perform any or all of the following according to the current team assignment and needs of the situation:

  • Releases and monitors products for sale and for clinic use requested by aestheticians, Physician Assistants , and Doctors.
  • Update and Record Clinic use products in Business Central
  • Monitor Fast Moving, Slow Moving, Out of stock and expiring products.
  • Prepares weekly requisition and purchasing request of for sale and clinic use in Business Central
  • Conducts monthly inventory count of products
  • Receiving of Deliveries thru Business Central
  • Prepares MEC Report and Nearly Expiry Report
  • Prepares monthly Minimum/ Maximum report and variance report
  • Monitors Clinic uses ledgers requested by Physician Assistant
  • Monitors Aestheticians medicines and time logs
  • Monitor machines consumables

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Detail Oriented, hardworking and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Inventory management skills, including analytical thinking
  • Proficiency in inventory software and MS Office
  • Willing to be assigned and relieved in north area branches (Quezon City and San Juan)
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
