Job Title: Operation Manager (Licences) – Architect

Salary Range: HKD 35,000 – 40,000/month

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operation Manager (Licences) with an engineering or architectural background to oversee multiple project sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing licensing processes, ensuring compliance, handling BOQs, and implementing QA/QC procedures across projects. This role requires a confident communicator who can lead client meetings, coordinate across teams, and maintain high standards of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate multiple project sites to ensure timelines and standards are met
  • Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and construction estimates Ensure full QA/QC compliance with relevant industry standards and company policies
  • Manage/Supervise the application and renewal process for all project-related licences and permits
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and safety regulations are followed Report progress, issues, and recommendations to senior management
  • Lead cross-functional coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams

Requirements: Degree in Architecture

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in project operations, site coordination, and licensing
  • Familiar with construction regulations and licensing procedure
  • Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and QA/QC protocols Excellent project management and organizational skills Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under pressure
  • Good communication and leadership skills
