ARCHITECT APPRENTICESHIP
- Prepares plans and documents necessary for the schematic, design development, and contract documents phases of a project
- Reviews and monitors submittals from design consultants, contractors, construction managers, and other concerned parties for the assigned project/s.
- Attends meetings with the owner/owner's representatives
- Well-versed in high-end residential, commercial, recreational and industrial developments
- Has knowledge and experience in project management
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Required skills: AutoCad, Google SketchUp, Lumion/VRay, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City
- Applicants must be willing to go to site visits
- Minimum of 0-2 years experience in high-end residential/commercial construction (Junior Architect)
- Full-time position(s) available
- graduates from universities are highly recommended.
