  • In charge of efficient and accurate Picking and Preparation of "pre-pack items" for delivery
  • Ensures timely and proper put-away of materials immediately upon receipt.
  • Pick items and prepares orders of the Customers based on Sales Orders requirements
  • Inform the Fulfillment Sales Coordinator if there was unserved items or no stock item/s for each transaction to inform customer
  • Monitor and prepare forecast the items in the assigned store
  • Coordinate with SCM - Ordering Department for the requested stocks or items and delivery date
  • Check and receive the stocks requested from SCM - Ordering Department
  • Inform SCM - Ordering Department of any product damages and request for replacement
  • Ensure the implementation of FIFO (First In First Out) and/or FEFO (First Expire First Out) requirements and performs other related tasks.
  • Make sure that there's an available storage for safekeep of the items.
  • In-Charge of monitoring and recording of the items for pull-out such as overstock or bad orders
  • Responsible proper documentation of stocks for monthly inventory
  • Maintain the list of items prepare everyday; must have daily monitoring of prepared items
  • Observe proper handling of stocks to avoid damages
  • Maintain cleanliness inside the warehouse and work station
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Vocational / High School Graduate
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Knowledge of Proper Picking and Packing of Products
  • Strong communication skills
  • Pleasing personality
  • Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
  • Computer literacy (MS Excel in particular)
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Willing to be assigned in MANDAUE CITY, CEBU
