Job Summary:

The Warehouse Man / Picker is responsible for receiving, storing of materials and products accurately. Selecting and preparing products for shipment according to customer orders. This role involves operating equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Inspection:
  • Accept incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists, and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
  • Storage and Organization:
  • Properly store products in designated areas to maximize space and ensure easy access.
  • Order Picking:
  • Retrieve items from designated locations in the warehouse based on picking lists or orders.
  • Verify product accuracy by checking item numbers and quantities against order specifications.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
  • Assist in stock replenishment and organization of products in the warehouse.
  • Quality Control:
  • Inspect products for damage or defects before packing and shipping.
  • Ensure that all items picked meet company standards for quality.
  • Packaging and Labeling:
  • Properly package items to prevent damage during transit.
  • Label packages with shipping information and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Equipment Operation:
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely and efficiently (if certified).
  • Follow all safety protocols and report any equipment issues promptly.
  • Cleanliness and Organization:
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote efficiency and safety.
  • Assist with warehouse organization and layout improvements.
  • Safety Compliance:
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily picking goals.
  • Communicate effectively regarding inventory levels and order fulfillment challenges.

· Performs other tasks as may be assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
