Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
  • Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service is preferred.
  • Willing to undergo training and continuously learn about food and beverage preparation.
  • Exceptional listening and communication skills.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Experience in using a POS system and handling cash transactions is an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Prepare tea drinks and other beverages according to standard recipes and procedures.
  • Support and assist team members in various store operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and administrative tasks related to store management.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a fun, high-energy team to achieve store goals.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality control standards at all times.
