Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to drive growth and connect more customers with their offerings.
What You'll Do:
Prospect and Build Pipeline
- Identify business opportunities by targeting prospective leads.
- Initiate sales calls to leads or clients.
- Generate new leads through cold calls and emails.
Qualify and Educate Prospects
- Connect with potential customers to understand their needs and show how our client's solutions can enhance their experience or projects.
- Assess prospects for suitability and readiness to adopt our client's offerings, ensuring a healthy, qualified pipeline.
Collaboration with Sales and Account Teams
- Work closely with sales and account management teams to set up meetings and product demos for qualified leads.
- Provide detailed insights on prospects to ensure seamless handoffs to the sales team.
Persistent Follow-Up and Nurturing
- Follow up with leads consistently, sharing valuable information and resources to nurture their interest.
- Maintain relationships with qualified but undecided prospects until they are ready for a demo or next step.
Pipeline Tracking and CRM Management
- Keep accurate records of all interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system.
- Regularly report key metrics, including pipeline growth, number of qualified leads, and conversion rates.
What You Need:
- 1–2+ years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, account management, or customer success.
- Strong communication skills: concise, professional, and confident when speaking with business owners over the phone.
- Experience with CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to conduct consultative conversations and build long-term business relationships.
- Comfortable with outbound calling.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Willingness to quickly learn product knowledge and adapt to customer needs.
