The Warehouse Officer is responsible for managing warehouse operations in Davao City efficiently and securely. This includes organizing inventory, ensuring proper handling and storage, and overseeing daily receiving and delivery activities.

The Warehouse Officer is also responsible for warehouse security, including holding the keys and preventing unauthorized access. This role supports the sales and operations teams by ensuring inventory is accurate and deliveries are on time.

Key duties include:

  • Checking the accuracy and quality of incoming and outgoing items
  • Ensuring all documents are complete and submitted to the right departments
  • Monitoring stock levels, expiration dates, and movement
  • Conducting weekly inventory checks to match company records
  • Coordinating with supervisors and head office for delivery schedules, lead times, and document validation
  • Reporting any warehouse issues or incidents, and submitting Non-Conformity Reports when needed
  • Using resources wisely to protect company assets and prevent losses

Qualifications:

  • Have finished at least 2nd year in college (diploma course holder or graduate of a 4- year degree course an advantage)
  • Previous experience in Warehousing and inventory is a must
  • Must be computer literate and knows basic functions of Microsoft Excel
  • With valid driver's license
  • Within close proximity or lives near Gadi Road, Poblacion District
