Role Overview

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for players needing assistance across our gaming platform. You'll manage and resolve inquiries through Zendesk, handling issues such as password resets, billing concerns, technical troubleshooting, and software reinstallation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer tickets via email and form submissions using Zendesk.
  • Provide empathetic, clear support for a predominantly older, non-technical demographic.
  • Troubleshoot software and assist with installation/reinstallation.
  • Use internal tools for refunds, password resets, and account management.
  • Document interactions accurately and follow workflows.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of customer service experience (gaming or tech support preferred).
  • Strong written English skills.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
  • Basic technical aptitude (software installation, troubleshooting).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting older/non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with gaming ecosystems (web, PC, mobile).
  • Knowledge of billing systems and digital payments.
