Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Filipino Lawyer to join our PR Department. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling high-level legal matters in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. This role requires exceptional communication, strong ethical standards, and the ability to support clients and internal teams around the clock when needed.


Qualifications
  • Must be a licensed lawyer in the Philippines with an active/valid law license.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in legal advisory work or law firm practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage legal disputes and oversee litigation processes to protect the rights and interests of the company and its clients.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents.
  • Identify potential legal risks and develop preventive and corrective strategies to mitigate liabilities.
  • Lead negotiations and transactions to represent and safeguard client interests.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with government and regulatory agencies to ensure effective coordination and communication.
  • Handle sensitive and high-risk cases with professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills in high-pressure or adversarial situations.
  • Remain available 24/7 for urgent legal consultations, interventions, and external communications.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, regulatory meetings, enforcement procedures, and interactions with law enforcement agencies.
  • Perform other legal tasks as assigned by senior management.
